INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES
 
Data Controller
The purpose of the Clarification Text for the Processing of Personal Data of These Employee Candidates (“Clarification Text”) is, as TRUM HEALTH GROUP (“Company”), to collect your personal data within the framework of our disclosure obligation stipulated in Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”). method, purposes of the processing, legal reasons, to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data can be transferred and to inform you about your rights.
 
Processing Methods of Personal Data and Legal Reasons
Your Personal Data, within the scope of our recruitment processes; For the reasons stipulated in the relevant legislation, it is collected automatically or non-automatically through the methods/channels listed below, within the framework of Article 5 of the Law, in order to fulfill our legal obligations and to establish our business relationship with you, our candidate employees.
 
Through other institutions, organizations, and individuals that act as professional intermediaries for job applications and employment, or through other institutions, organizations, and individuals that are not a professional business but reference you,
Via the e-mail address on our company’s website and the “Application Forms” tab,
Through channels that allow the collection and processing of candidate employee personal data, such as applications made to AOSB or İŞKUR, job application pages, career portals, and through notes taken within the framework of job interviews.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your Personal Data;
 
Execution of candidate employee application, selection, placement, and employment processes,
Evaluating suitability for the requested position and establishing a business relationship,
Planning and executing company human resources policies and processes,
Fulfilling company activities following the relevant legislation and company policies/procedures,
Ensuring the security of the Company’s operations by carrying out the necessary operational activities by the company business units,
Communicating with the candidate employee regarding the recruitment processes,
Evaluation for suitable positions that may occur in the future in case of a negative result of the job interview,
It can be processed within the scope of the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for purposes such as responding to the requests of official authorities or communication issues and are kept for the maximum and legal periods required for this purpose.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
Your Personal Data; In line with the above-mentioned purpose or purposes, within the framework of the transfer conditions specified in Article 8 of the Law,
 
With the persons specified as references to confirm the information you have declared,
Third parties that receive support in areas such as storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting), security,
It can be transferred to authorized institutions and organizations to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations or requests, and to other interested parties where the transfer is necessary for the determined purposes, only to the extent that it is related to the process.
Your rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, the person concerned, by applying to the Company;
 
learning whether personal data is processed,
requesting information on personal data if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
has the right to demand compensation for the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
